      I am writing testimonial so potential customers may know that you and your staff were instrumental in my success to publish my manuscript. I had been working on my manuscript for the past three years when the flash drive I had broke off at the tip after retrieving it from my home computer. Although I had the original copy on my personal computer the latest update was on the flash drive. There was a fifty two page difference and as an inspirational writer I cannot try and remember the lost content. I went to several well known computer companies to see if they could retrieve the data. I left all of them feeling hopeless.

     On my last attempt at a small computer repair shop I saw your brochure on the counter. I asked the technician about your services and he indicated you where proficient, reliable, and was probably the best option I had to retrieve my data off the flash drive. Well he was absolutely correct in his assessment of your services and skills. After your initial assessment of the damage to the flash drive and your understanding of my financial situation and willingness to work with me; I am extremely appreciative of your business. I will now be able to present my manuscript to a national show case audience at this year’s North American Christian Writers Association. There will be authors and writers from all over the country at this year’s conference in Pittsburg.
