I am writing testimonial so potential customers may know that you and your staff were instrumental in my success to publish my manuscript. I had been working on my manuscript for the past three years when the flash drive I had broke off at the tip after retrieving it from my home computer. Although I had the original copy on my personal computer the latest update was on the flash drive.
