How long does it take to get my PC fixed?

Carry in service usually takes 2-3 business days, sometimes more depending on the problems we find and the demand for our services. We do our best to give you a good faith estimate of the turnaround time when you call or come in based on the current number of systems waiting for service.

What if I you need my computer back faster than that?

We do offer expedited services if you can’t afford to wait. Same day service for $44.50 extra

What to bring?

Desktop: Just the tower no cords, keyboards, mice, speakers, monitors. Just the tower – unless you are having problems with your mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor, etc.
Laptop: We need the laptop and the power cord. Your laptop battery will not last long enough because every computer is on for many hours running tests and scanning for infections. If you are having problems with the peripherals for your laptop, bring those in as well.
Printer: We need your power cord, printer and paper. If we use our paper, we may not get the same results you are having with your paper. So please remember to bring in your paper!

Why fix your computer instead of buying a new one?

It’s less costly than buying a new one, less time consuming than reinstalling and adding all of your important software, and, frankly, a lot less aggravating. You are conserving the Earth by not buying new equipment. If you buy new – they will manufacture new. More stuff to produce and worse for the Earth. The trashing of old equipment creates more non-recyclable parts returning to Earth. Simple as that. So go green and go fix your computers!
